Jonathan practises at Serle Court. He is joint general editor (with Lord Collins) of the leading work Dicey, Morris and Collins, The Conflict of Laws and author of The Hague Trusts Convention. He has been instructed in numerous landmark cases around the world, including in the Supreme Court and Privy Council. He has drafted firewall legislation for a number of offshore jurisdictions.
