Speaker Bio
Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite 2018:

What has been the highlight of your practice over the past 12 months?

I was fortunate enough to be in the Privy Council in London on two occasions in the last 12 months, since appeals from the offshore Courts of the BVI, the Cayman Islands and Bermuda still go to London. There is something truly magical about walking along Bird Cage Walk, St James Park to the Privy Council before a hearing. You feel a heady mix of trepidation and excitement, and the walk through the park helps to calm the nerves.

What advice would you give rising stars/new lawyers in the private client world?

There is no rush. Take the time to do private research on the law and become an expert.

What is your favourite quote?
If I had more time, I would have written something shorter.
