Amy is Of Counsel in the Commercial Litigation, Civil Fraud and Asset Tracing department. Since joining Peters & Peters in 2010, Amy has worked on a number of high profile commercial disputes. Many of her cases involve allegations of fraud and Amy has substantial experience of tracing and recovering proceeds and obtaining interim remedies such as freezing injunctions, disclosure orders and other injunctions related to the preservation and protection of assets. Amy has experience of acting for both Claimants and Defendants which can prove valuable in cases where fraud is alleged and also has expertise in dealing with civil claims where there are parallel criminal investigations. Many of Amy’s cases involve complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and Amy has a significant understanding of co-ordinating multi-national litigation. Amy also has experience of arbitration including proceedings under the ICC and LMAA rules. Amy is an active member of the UIA (International Association of Lawyers), and Vice-President of the Litigation Commission.
