Individual Award Criteria

The submission should highlight concrete - and preferably measurable - ways in which the nominee has contributed to the success of his or her company. Please note: This is a guideline. The online nomination form will contain the exact sections and word limits -- please register and log into the online portal to see nomination questions. Additional Q&A questions will be available on the portal.

All individual entries must include:
  1. Name of organization
  2. Role: Describe your role, number of years of experience and areas of responsibility. (100 words)
  3. Achievements: How have you excelled in your role? You should provide evidence of your leadership ability, strategic vision, troubleshooting and legal skills, client satisfaction and contribution to the success of the business and the wider community. (600 words)
  4. Reference letter: Provide one short written reference (can be from inside or outside of the nominee’s firm/organization) for an on-the-record conversation about the nominee’s legal work and accomplishments. (100 words)
  5. Q&A section: Nominee must provide short answers. This section may be published if the nominee is selected as an honoree.
  6. Photo Upload of Nominee

Firm / Company Wide Award Criteria

Must demonstrate originality in the delivery of the products and/or service. Submissions for this award should focus on a single project that exemplifies the quality of the product or service being supplied.

All firm-wide nominations must include:
  1. Name of organization
  2. Project/Initiative: Define the project or initiative’s scope -- include timelines, goals and team members. It is acceptable for the submission to focus on a particular stage of a long-term project. (250 words)
  3. Implementation: How successful was the implementation of this project or initiative? Was it within budget and delivered in time? What have been its benefits? Please provide hard evidence that goals have – or are being – achieved. (450 words)
  4. Reference: please provide an appropriate written reference that illustrates the success of this project. (100 words)
  5. Q&A section: Please provide short answers. This section may be published if the nominee is selected as an honoree.
