Stephen Bailey describes himself as a proud northern, working class, gay man. He is also a comedian, presenter, actor and writer whose star is in the ascendancy.

The multi-award nominated star’s indecorous brand of gossipy humour has singled him out as one of the UK’s most sought-after talents for comedy and entertainment formats.

Stephen's credits include Unbreakable (BBC One), co-host on Date or Drop (BBC One) alongside Amanda Holden, Live at the Apollo (BBC Two), Would I Lie To You. Richard Osman's House of Games, Celebrity Bridge of Lies & Celebrity Weakest Link (BBC One), Between The Covers & Strictly: It Takes Two (BBC Two), Pointless Celebrities (BBC One), Live from Barry Island (BBC Wales), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2), Roast Battle (Comedy Central), Celebrity Mastermind (BBC One), The Apprentice: You’re Fired & Sara Cox's Between The Covers (BBC Two), Love Island: Aftersun (ITV2), Tipping Point: Lucky Stars (ITV) and a regular CelebAbility (ITV2).

Over lockdown Stephen wrote and starred in his own mini-series Comedians in Quarantine: House Olympics for Comedy Central and created a true-crime podcast with his lawyer partner called Order in the Bedroom (iTunes) and now co-hosts "Let's Talk About The Husband" podcast with fellow comedian Zoe Lyons. As well as being a prominent talent on the UK comedy circuit, he has also supported the biggest names in stand-up, including Katherine Ryan, Jenny Eclair, Jason Manford, John Bishop and Sarah Millican.

He has already made a name for himself hosting Celebs on the Farm (Channel 5), Celebs on the Ranch (MTV) and Takeshi’s Castle (Comedy Central). He was the resident Agony Uncle on Zoe Ball on Saturday/Sunday (ITV) and a series regular on Big Brother’s Bit on the Side(Channel 5).

He is also a proudly passionate ambassador of LGBTQ+ rights and representation within the media industry, as celebrated by leading publications including Attitude Magazine.
