Sam has advised national and international clients in financial services and finance throughout his career on issues ranging from corporate and M&A transactions through regulatory compliance, strategic and day-to-day management issues to regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings by the FCA and international regulatory bodies.

Sam has previously been a partner at international law firms and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a high-frequency trading firm.
