Helen has been a General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2001 working primarily for FTSE250+ listed companies across technology, engineering, chemical, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Working for a number of growing companies Helen has built up legal teams as well as developing existing teams. She has managed legal and compliance change programs across large and geographically disparate organisations. Having been at the forefront of developing modern legal teams, Helen has done much to change the perception of the legal team from cost centres to solution-providing business partners.
