Technology has become increasingly important for a successful outcome in dispute resolution - and this has never been more apparent than in 2020. As we all turned to remote working and an increasingly digitalised work environment, technology has helped pave the way forward in the new normal.

In this session, we will explore the challenges of working remotely in regards to dispute resolution; what this means for interviewing witnesses online and gathering evidence; and best practices for assembling and managing a team. We will also cover the changing nature of data and how we can use technology to gain insight into legal disputes.
