Building on more than 14 years' experience of leadership and management in the professional services sector, Jonathan set up Blair Advisory Ltd, and now acts as an advisor and mentor to Managing Partners, CEOs and leadership teams in the UK and Europe.

Jonathan was the UK Managing Partner (CEO and COO) of Womble Bond Dickinson UK LLP from 2008-2022, serving four consecutive terms.
