Isabelle is General Counsel and Director of Estate Operations at SCA Winery, a UK-based start-up dedicated to creating a luxury British sparkling wine crafted using the méthode champenoise. In this dual role, she leads the company’s legal strategy and estate operations, drawing on more than 25 years' experience across private banking, luxury goods, including wines & spirits, technology, and retail.

She has previously served as Group Functions Legal Director at Kingfisher plc, where she led multiple legal teams, and as Legal Director at Moët Hennessy Europe (LVMH), where she built the legal function supporting over 40 markets and was a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to relocating to the UK, she held roles in Switzerland including Associate Director Legal at J.P. Morgan and Head of Compliance, Vice President at HSBC.

In 2014, she was named one of the Hot 100 UK lawyers, and during her time at Just Eat she and her team won the British Legal Awards’ Legal Department of the Year.

Isabelle is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and in Ireland, and as a barrister in Switzerland. She also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional qualification.

Passionate about justice and team development, she actively promotes diversity and inclusion as a speaker for Speakers for Schools, a not-for-profit organisation supporting students from underprivileged backgrounds.
