Adam is Senior Commercial & Legal Director at The Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC), where he oversees the company's legal and finance teams, as well as providing direction and drive on the company's strategy. Adam has been at RDSC for nearly eight years, during which time it was sold by the Dahl family to Netflix (at which time he was serving as General Counsel).

Adam spent the first decade of his professional career at Taylor Wessing LLP, where he worked as a corporate lawyer for a range of clients across all sectors. Following a brief stint as General Counsel at an early stage investment house, Adam moved on to RDSC, supporting the company with its growth under family ownership, through its sale to Netflix, and currently as it continues on its growth trajectory whilst integrating under its new ownership.

Adam was winner of the General Counsel of the Year Award at the British Legal Awards in 2022.
