Responsible for directing, managing and overseeing the daily office operations to ensure effectiveness and providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients. Provide client practice support to partners to ensure the highest level of legal services. Full responsibility for the daily management of the Madrid and Barcelona offices while exercising a high level of authority. Responsible for all operational functions with emphasis on strategic and tactical planning, risk management, human resources management, budget performance, facilities, safety and security, legal administrative assistant support and managing and overseeing internal and outsourced support. Works closely with the firm-wide directors and chiefs to meet the firm's mission and goals
