Stephanie Hamon is a managing director, head of External Engagement, Legal for Barclays. In conjunction with the group general counsel, chief of staff and LexCo, her role aims to set and deliver the commercial management strategy for Barclays’ legal function, which includes devising and implementing the commercial optimization program. She is also responsible for setting vision and clear objectives for the law firm panel and enhancing the
relationship model.

Prior to joining Barclays, Hamon held leadership roles in the client service and business development functions of several global law firms.
