Jennifer Fox TEP is a managing associate at Ogier in the Cayman Islands and has practised offshore in both the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands since 2008 having previously been an advocate at the English Bar since 2004. Jennifer specialises in offshore disputes arising out of fiduciary relationships and in connection with the role and responsibilities of other office holders including liquidators. Consequently she has a broad practice encompassing complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial and insolvency litigation and international contentious trusts and estates matters. Jennifer regularly advises trustees, protectors, and beneficiaries on issues arising during the administration of BVI and Cayman Islands’ trust structures outside of the disputes context and is particularly skilled in enabling clients to avoid unnecessary escalation.
