Florentino Carreño is a Partner with Cuatrecasas in Madrid, Spain. Florentino's professional activities include the correct structuring of wealth and assets for clients and business with an international component, between countries and generations; the application of double-tax treaties and the international exchange of information for tax purposes. From 2006 to 2009 he lived in London where he opened the London Office of Cuatrecasas. Florentino is an officer of the International Academy of State and Trust Law and has an in-depth understanding of Common Law private client´s asset structures. He is also counsel to the President of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA – Union Internationale des Avocats) and president of the EU Law Commission. Florentino is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association and the Madrid Bar Association.
