Charlotte's focus is on maintaining excellence in the firm's external interactions - with clients, regulators and providers. Charlotte runs the mechanics of the firm and oversees the complexities of client take-on and marrying client needs to service delivery. She designed and developed the firm’s discretionary platform and the ongoing quality and standards of the firm’s output. Charlotte sits on the firm’s Risk Committee and sits on the Investment and Client Portfolio Committees. Charlotte began her career at HM Treasury where she advised both Conservative and Labour ministers on a range of policies including corporation tax, pensions and state aids. She also spent a year in Brussels working as a diplomat in the UK’s embassy to the European Commission and worked in policy at the then FSA. She has a degree in PPE from Oxford University.
