Andrew Williams, Former Global Head of Compliance and Former General Counsel, UBS has practised in London, Zurich, Sydney and Singapore. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with board level senior management and regulators in business development, contentious and stress situations, across a variety of jurisdictions. Andrew now focuses on coaching senior individuals and teams within the compliance, risk and legal functions. He specialised in those becoming senior managers (particularly SMF 4, 16 and 17) with clients ranging from global financial institutions to small FinTechs. When not coaching Andrew acts as a consultant to a major international law firm and is also a Chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the Financial Reporting Council.
