David Nicholas, Sales Director, OpenText is the UK Director for OpenText Legal Tech in the UK, Ireland and Nordics. David has 19 years litigation support and eDiscovery experience, with a focus on technology-based project management and client services roles. David has worked on both the customer and supplier side of the legal services industry and currently helps OpenText clients from law firms, corporations and regulators get to facts faster, and reduce time and cost when working on disputes and investigations. OpenText Legal Tech work on some of the most complex and high-profile projects across Europe and the US, including one of the first, and the largest, dispute to approve and use ‘computer assisted review’.
