Deborah has been a partner in the Dispute Resolution group at Slaughter and May since 1991. She was formerly Head of Dispute Resolution and also founder and first Head of the Slaughter and May Global Investigations Group. Her practice covers the broad spectrum of commercial litigation and both domestic and cross-border investigations. She acts on substantial and complex commercial disputes for a wide range of clients, including a number of international banks and financial institutions. Deborah is highly regarded for her banking litigation practice, and is also regularly involved in complex corporate recovery and insolvency work. She also has extensive experience of investigations involving the financial services sector, in particular multi-jurisdictional enforcement actions, including in relation to LIBOR , FX and sanctions breaches
