Simon Dodds, Of Counsel, Shearman & Sterling in the Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory practice. Simon's broad experience includes advising the board and senior management on legal and regulatory matters across corporate and investment banking, global markets, asset and wealth management. Simon joined Deutsche Bank in 1999 as General Counsel U.K., when Deutsche Bank acquired Bankers Trust Company, at which he had been Managing Director in the legal department. Between 2010 and 2013, Simon was Global Head of Compliance at Deutsche Bank and in 2016 he became Co-General Counsel. Prior to joining Bankers Trust, Simon was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and London.
