Catherine Bellsham-Revell, Head of Regulatory, Group Litigation, Regulatory and Competition, Lloyds Banking Group is responsible for FCA Enforcement defence work, internal performance adjustment, conduct investigations and whistleblowing investigations across all business lines for Legal. Prior to this Catherine led conduct risk investigations at Morgan Stanley and spent 5 years at the UK Financial Conduct Authority, as a manager in the unauthorised business division running criminal and civil cases, and as a manager in the litigation and legal review area of Enforcement. Catherine qualified as a solicitor in February 2000 and prior to her time at the regulator worked in commercial litigation and arbitration in international law firms in London and Dubai.
