Michael Sonsteng heads Infosys BPM’s Legal Practice Management division. Since 2013, he has been responsible for delivering Infosys LPM’s affordable, process driven legal services from hybrid global locations, powered by AI and other technologies. He previously managed delivery for another leading LPO out of Mumbai as well as the US. Prior to LPM/LPM, Michael was in private practice handling complex litigation, was a prosecutorial Assistant County Attorney, and an adjunct professor at two law schools.
