Grainger is a 11 billion dollar company in Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO). Patti is responsible for creating the Legal Department’s annual plan and department budgets, department metrics, overall staffing, department process improvements as well as other activities and projects as assigned by the General Counsel. In addition, Patti is responsible for leading law firm and third party vendor negotiations, developing pricing strategies, conducting RFPs (Request for Proposals), tracking and coordinating outside counsel fee arrangements and driving other cost control initiatives. She is responsible for support and execution of legal projects, the budget and technology to help the department’s deliver better service and increase productivity. Patti reports directly to Grainger’s General Counsel and has been with Grainger for over eight years. Patti has over 25 years of consulting experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
