Paula Metcalfe is the Director of Legal Technology and Innovation at Accenture, where she is responsible for all the technology solutions deployed to Accenture’s Legal organization and their Legal Professionals. Together with Accenture’s Director of Operations, Paula defines Accenture’s Legal IT Blueprint, which encompasses their Contract Generation tools, Contract Management solutions, Contract Analytics tools and all their Compliance solutions. Paula also works closely with Accenture’s internal IT Department to design, analyse, build and deploy all the Legal technology solutions across their Legal ecosystem.

Paula brings over 20 years of experience working in the high-tech industry, and her previous roles at Accenture include being the Legal Technology Manager for their CORE legal team, a Contract Manager supporting many clients based in Ireland and the Lead Oracle Financials Database Administrator on client accounts. Before her career at Accenture, Paula worked at Ingersoll Rand, Worldport and Oracle.
