Brent Holmes is a key member of DocuSign’s Customer Success team, where he works to proactively empower customers’ DocuSign Agreement Cloud journeys and enables champions to be change agents at their companies. Brent joined DocuSign as part of the company’s acquisition of Seal Software, the industry leader in AI-based contract analytics, where he served as Director of Customer Success.

Prior to joining Seal, Brent worked at Siemens Corporation driving innovation and excellence by applying technology and process within the Legal department as both the Head of Legal Technology & eDiscovery Program Director, and formerly as an IT Architect. Brent holds his BA in Information Systems, is a PMI-PMP certified project manager and is CEDS certified.
