Danielle Healey is a Senior Principal at the international IP law boutique Fish & Richardson P.C. in Houston, Texas, which she opened in 2008. She has been litigating complex patent, trade secret and antitrust matters in federal courts, state courts, and agencies, and handling licensing, antitrust, mediation and arbitration matters for over 34 years. She represented ION in the Supreme Court’s 2018 WesternGeco v. ION case on extraterritorial damages for patent infringement. She has also argued cases in the Texas Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, 4 th Circuit and 5 th Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Texas Courts of Appeals.
Ms. Healey has had a significant pro bono practice during her career, having represented both individuals and public interest groups in lawsuits, asylum proceedings and amicus briefs, working with the ACLU, Lambda Legal, the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund and
LULAC. Most recently she has been working with Equality Texas in dealing with anti-LGBTQ issues in the 2021 Texas Legislative Session.
