Kerry Kassam, J.D., is an experienced attorney and product manager at LexisNexis, where he specializes in applying machine learning, natural language processing and AI technologies to solve legal problems. As part of Ravel Law’s business unit before the LexisNexis acquisition, Kerry drafted and negotiated licensing agreements and sales contracts with Ravel’s customers and strategic partners and managed the institutional sales unit. Prior to joining LexisNexis and Ravel, he represented growth businesses in both litigation and transactions in technology, commerce, and corporate governance. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and a J.D. from University of California, Davis and is an active member of the California state bar and pro-bono counsel to nonprofits and low-income litigants.
