Jonathan is Compliance Technology Lead for Accenture’s U.S. Regulatory Compliance Practice and serves as Regulatory Technology
(RegTech) liaison to Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab, an accelerator program for early stage fintech and RegTech companies. He has a broad background in Financial Services with expertise spanning Compliance, Operational Risk, Financial Crime and IT Risk & Security. He is a hands- on leader with over 25 years of experience delivering complex, high profile projects for clients.

As Surveillance offering lead, Jonathan has significant experience leading surveillance and regulatory controls work, including developing a framework for a leading Global FS firm to validate regulatory controls in front office systems and serving as an advisor in the development of a new surveillance platform. He has led technology projects to implement surveillance tools to cover trade, eCommunications and voice surveillance and strategy work to identify and map appropriate surveillance models to cover various market abuse risk behaviors globally in different markets.

His experience spans a variety of traditional tools (e.g., Actimize, SMARTS), RegTech providers (e.g., Behavox, Catelas, Digitial
Reasoning) and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
