Lindsey Tonsager is based in San Francisco and is Vice Chair of Covington's Global Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. In addition to assisting clients engage strategically and proactively with the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Congress, and other federal and state regulators, she regularly represents clients in responding to regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. She is a recognized authority on the California Consumer Privacy Act and children's privacy regulation, and she counsels clients on their development and use of a wide range of new technologies.
