Linda Luperchio has been the Director of Information Governance, eDiscovery and Legal Operations at The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. in Worcester, Massachusetts since 2009. The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. is the holding company for several property and casualty insurance companies, which together constitute one of the largest insurance businesses in the United States. Her responsibilities include the management of all aspects of Information Governance including: the evaluation and assessment of current state of hard copy and electronic records management; creation of three-year ILG program roadmap and strategy, ILG initiatives and solution planning; development, refinement and implementation of record categories and destruction program; engagement and partnership with all business units company-wide and management of ILG staffing, professional training and budget. Her responsibilities also include management of all aspects of litigation eDiscovery, including: the creation and management of company-wide eDiscovery process from early case assessment through production; selection of eDiscovery vendors; contract negotiations and vendor management; implementation of Exterro Fusion Platform, including Fusion Legal Hold, Comprehensive Interview, EDDM collection and processing, managed review, Data Inventory and Data Management modules. In addition Linda has an excellent working partnership with Hanover’s technology group to align their electronic data process with industry best practices.
