Ana is a Hispanic/Latinx woman who has worked at Relativity for the past seven years, and her career has taken many turns throughout that time. She started at Relativity on the admin team, as a front desk receptionist. Within a year, Ana paved her way into the marketing department, working on the events team, where she’s helped lead many internal and external company events, in many different parts of
the world. She has conducted events in London, Hong Kong, Chicago, and across the U.S.

Over the past two years, Ana began discovering and exploring her passion for inclusion and diversity. She founded Faces of Relativity, a community resource group that is designed to create a safe space for all cultures to come together to learn about each other, as well as help the company achieve its inclusion and diversity goals. Ana also led the charge in implementing inclusive elements into Relativity
events like Relativity Fest, the company’s largest annual user conference. In December 2020, Ana officially made the move into HR to work full time in inclusion, diversity and belonging, a Senior Specialist.
