Jenn Bernstein is an Assistant General Counsel in JPMorgan’s Legal Discovery Management group. She leads a team of Discovery Managers that primarily work on cases from the Government, Investigations, and Regulatory Enforcement group within the legal department, as well as HR legal matters involving discovery. She has been with the firm for three years, and working in eDiscovery for a decade. Jenn began her legal career as a Litigation Associate, where she saw her fair share of paper discovery, which ultimately led to her appreciation of applying technology to the discovery process.
