Culture Shock: Returning to the Office
Description

Does an office define culture? As office work and travel slowly start to pick back up, we will examine how organizations are finding ways to entice talent back to the office, whether they are loosening restrictions on facetime, how they are managing and training remote talent and ways they are getting creative with office space. This session will also focus on client expectations around how law firms are managing their talent and where the work is getting done.
