Kimberly Maney is Assistant General Counsel and Head of GSK’s Global Contracting Organization. Kim’s in house career has focused on providing strategic business focused legal counsel to senior leaders across a variety of industries including telecom, utilities and pharmaceuticals. Kim’s practice areas include manufacturing, FDA regulation, media buying and planning, digital and technology innovation and small and large transactions across all subject matters. As the Head of the Global Contracting Organization Kim leads a global team of paralegals and attorneys focused on template development and technology optimized contracting efficiency across the organization. Kim is also a member of GSK’s Global Legal Operation’s leadership team working to operational industry leading processes for the delivery of in house legal services for the organization.
