Paige Edwards leads the account management function at Onit, a leading provider of enterprise legal management, contract lifecycle management and business process automation solutions. In this role, she works closely with Onit customers to ensure their success in implementing and continuously improving their use of Onit products. Paige has worked in the legaltech industry for nearly fifteen years and has helped dozens of global corporations improve legal operations through technology. Paige oversees a team of account managers and works directly with strategic customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. She is instrumental in the Onit Customer Success Program, providing forums for customers to network and learn from each other. Her customer base includes many leaders of the legal operations movement and, in her role of facilitating the sharing of best practices amongst the Onit client base, Paige has acquired a deep knowledge of what the most innovative legal departments are doing to build and optimize legal operations functions. Prior to Onit, Paige managed software implementation projects at Paymetric and Datacert, where she worked with Fortune®️ 500 clients to reduce legal and IP spend.
