Jennifer McCarron currently serves as Director of Legal Operations and Technology at Netflix. In her role she focuses on strategic financial management, technology and innovation, operations, and knowledge management for Netflix’s global legal function.

Before joining Netflix in 2018, Jennifer spearheaded legal technology at Spotify in New York where she instituted foundational technologies and processes for contract management, matter management, legal hold management and litigation hold pipelines. Prior to Spotify, Jennifer was a technology program manager in Cisco’s legal operations and technology function designing the knowledge and information management program and products. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany.
