Julie Heller is Vice President, Knowledge Management & Information Governance at AIG. Situated in the Office of the General Counsel’s Global Operations group, Ms. Heller focuses on developing and implementing strategy for KM and IG initiatives including data classification, content management, legacy data disposition, legal hold processes and data lifecycle management. Ms. Heller has more than 20 years of eDiscovery, legal technology and legal project management experience. She is interested in software implementation/migration projects, team building and mentoring, business process analysis and innovation, and digital transformation.
