Caitlin Perazzo is Vice President, Strategic Planning for AIG’s Office of the General Counsel – Global Operations, where she leads strategy and financial management for the department. In her Legal Operations career, Caitlin has held positions in process excellence, managing large-scale change initiatives and implementing key performance indicators, as well as bill review operations. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University, and is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
