Dina Ganz Traugot is Group General Counsel and Chief Contracts Counsel at Travelers, where she manages approximately 25 lawyers and legal professionals. Dina is responsible for Corporate Legal Operations, focusing on driving innovation, transformation, efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of legal services. Dina has emphasized data and analytics as part of her leadership of the Contracts & Technology Legal Group. Dina also oversees Intellectual Property and the Corporate Real Estate Legal Group. Dina joined Travelers in 2011.

Prior to joining Travelers, Dina was Associate General Counsel at Moody’s Corporation; Technology Counsel at Lehman Brothers; Director, Business & Legal Affairs at A&E Television; and Counsel at Dow Jones. Dina started her legal career as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.

Dina graduated with an A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
