Angela is responsible for the analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of all investment merits and risks. Angela is also responsible for leading the effort in the integration of cognitive and advanced analytic levers to provide data-driven insights for litigation outcome analysis. Angela has over twelve years of litigation experience representing clients at the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Parabellum, Angela specialized in intellectual property litigation, and practiced at Paul Hastings LLP, Darby & Darby P.C., and Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi LLP. She was recognized as a Rising Star in IP Litigation by Super Lawyers and listed among the Top Women Attorneys in the New York Metro Area for four consecutive years. She also received the Jeremy G. Epstein Award from the New York City Bar Justice Center for her life-changing work with veterans. Angela received her B.S. from M.I.T., with Department Honors, a M.P.H. from Yale University, and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Yale Alumni in Public Health and the MIT Educational Council.
