With over 20 years’ experience working in legal technology, Mr. Aginsky serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Gibbons. As the firm's CTO, Michael oversees all information technology projects and platforms for Gibbons, with over 400 employees located in eight offices throughout six states. He has served in technical, management and leadership positions. His hands-on lead by example approach helps to develop high-performing teams while delivering practical, high-value, and robust technology solutions to both Gibbons employees and the firm’s clients. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Long Island University and a B.S. from Binghamton University.
