Josh serves as a managing director and leads the IT Solutions practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Josh oversees IT group strategy, operations, business development and integration across HBR.

Over the past 15 years, Josh has served in a number of leadership roles for consulting firms and software companies. Most recently, he led the Americas services practice for Itiviti, a global capital markets software company. In this role, he was responsible for business development, strategy, operations and client delivery.

Prior to Itiviti, Josh built the global services practice for Greenline Financial Technologies, a Capital Markets infrastructure software company. Josh is also a regular speaker at global technical conferences for electronic trading technology.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family. He volunteer coaches his three sons in both indoor and outdoor soccer, enjoys fishing (especially in Canada) and recently started competing in 5Ks. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Duke University.
