Jessica is a leading expert in legal services regulation with extensive experience advising law firms, partners, and in-house lawyers on compliance and ethical standards. Her practice spans SRA-related matters, including authorisation, reporting obligations, and cultural issues linked to counter-inclusive behaviours. Jessica regularly advises on sensitive ethics investigations, including allegations of sexual misconduct and breaches of anti-money laundering obligations, providing strategic guidance to mitigate risk and protect reputation.

Having worked within a legal services regulator’s General Counsel team, Jessica understands how disciplinary cases are assessed and the basis for regulatory decisions. This insight enables her to deliver pragmatic, purposive advice and creative solutions for complex ethics challenges. Jessica also contributes to policy development, governance, and training, and serves as Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the International Bar Association’s Regulation of Lawyers’ Compliance Committee.
