Adam is Head of Legal at Modulr, having recently joined the payments Fintech in November 2024. Prior to joining Modulr, Adam spent 9 years at BNP Paribas, managing the bank’s various eBanking applications and services, identifying and addressing all legal, regulatory and compliance issues. Adam legal career began in Allen & Overy’s London and Paris offices, then spending several years practicing in the IP and IT team at Slaughter and May.
He has established himself as an expert in Fintech, cemented with post-graduate qualifications from Harvard University and the University of Oxford. More recently, Adam completed his Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge.
Adam has been heavily involved in DE&I initiatives for a number of years, with particular interest in gender equality and education. He was General Counsel for Girls in Tech, the London chapter of the global non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the gender gap in tech. He was also an NED and Trustee at NET Academies Trust for the past 4 years.
