Leah Brown FRSA is a lawyer and accredited mediator who founded The WayFinders Group in 2022. After training and Freshfields and moving onto Simpson Thacher, she specialised in mergers and acquisitions completing secondments to Melrose Industries and Triton Partners. Leah moved in-house in 2018 and navigated complex issues including partnership disputes, regulatory matters, fraud investigations, and strategic exits, most recently as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Working in high-pressure situations sparked her passion for reconciliation. At The WayFinders Group, she helps leaders heal from conflict and build more resilient, productive cultures. Leah excels at creating psychological safety in high-stakes environments and guiding organisations through complex transitions.
A lecturer in dispute resolution at Canterbury Christ Church University and faculty member at the Society of Mediators, Leah is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the British-American Project.
