Radhika is an experienced technology lawyer based in London. Radhika is Senior Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and responsible for commercial and corporate matters for UK & Ireland.

Radhika is deeply involved in legal operations and passionate about fostering innovation within in-house legal departments and enabling lawyers to find efficiencies, creativity, and meaning in their work. Radhika sits on the Board of HPE’s Worldwide Innovation Law Lab where she advances these aims across the Legal Department.

Radhika also leads HPE’s pro bono efforts in the UK & Ireland, and was previously on the Board of HPE’s OLAA Women’s Network and Co-Lead for HPE’s global inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Outside of HPE, Radhika is a Co-Founder and Steering Committee member of the In House Pro Bono Group and was previously the UK Country Representative for the Association of Corporate Counsel. Before joining HPE, Radhika was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP in London, and before that, a Solicitor at Chapman Tripp, a leading law firm in New Zealand
