Founded by RPC, The Centre for Legal Leadership (CLL) provides education, mentoring and related career support services for in-house leaders to get the best performance from themselves and their teams.

CLL programmes are designed and delivered by a dynamic team of highly experienced in-house leaders drawn from organisations in public and private sectors, from start-ups to multinationals. They understand first hand the unique challenges that general counsel and other legal leaders face.

In addition the Centre aims to act as a knowledgeable community and resource for those in isolated roles and those requiring more certainty before acting on the issues they face.
