Join our personal trainer for a HIIT group workout session that will ensure you start the day with a bang! 

The sessions, which last around 25 minutes, will test your cardio fitness and push your strength training in the right direction. You will participate in 30 seconds of weight lifting, paired with 30 seconds of cardio, which will leave you burning fat whilst creating the enviably 'tone'.
