Jane Arnold

Polsinelli Attorney Jane Arnold is a Shareholder, St. Louis Office Managing Partner, Health Care Alignment and Organizations Practice Chair, Women’s Empowerment Committee National Chair, and member of the firm’s Finance and Audit Committee. With a career spanning nearly 30 years, she is among the top healthcare and private equity attorneys in the U.S. and has advised clients on more than $2 billion in transactions. Jane manages a practice of nearly 50 attorneys and an office of approximately 100 attorneys. In her practice, she develops strong relationships that often begin with acquisitions or formations of new enterprises, continues through operational ups and downs, and follows clients on their next endeavors after successful exit transactions.


Brandilyn Dumas

Brandilyn Dumas is a Real Estate Shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s New York office. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development, with respect to a variety of assets, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and resorts, multi-use developments, industrial properties, and multi-family developments. Dumas is a leader within Greenberg Traurig and her community. She is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s African-American affinity network and served as one of two assigning attorneys for the firm’s largest summer associate program. Her dedication to raising the next generation remains central to her external activities, as a board member for the Harlem Link Charter School, a selection panelist for NYU Law School’s AnBryce Scholarship program, and a trustee for the Winchester Thurston School. She received her J.D. from New York University Law School, her M.S.T. from Fordham University and her B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.


Jennifer Hobbs

Simpson Thacher Partner Jennifer Hobbs advises on a broad range of financings for many of the Firm’s leading private equity and corporate clients. Regarded as an “acquisition finance whiz” (American Lawyer) and named a 2020 “Banking MVP” (Law360), her primary clients have included Silver Lake Partners, EQT Partners and the private equity group at Goldman Sachs, together with their portfolio companies. One of the founders and members of Simpson Thacher’s Women’s Committee, Jennifer also is currently a Simpson Thacher Executive Committee member and Co-Administrative Partner, responsible for managing the Firm’s day-to-day operations and formulating and implementing its long-range policies.
