Chasity Wilson Henry
Chasity Henry is a civic and business leader serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Jacobs, a global, publicly traded professional services company. In this role, she leads a global legal organization of nearly 200 attorneys and legal professionals, providing strategic legal counsel to the company and its Board of Directors while supporting Jacobs’ mission to create a more connected, sustainable world. Guided by her core values of family, community, and impact, Chasity focuses on building high-performing teams and aligning legal strategy with business priorities to drive growth, innovation, and responsible governance.
Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, Chasity served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Jacobs, where she led legal support for major global business units and complex infrastructure and advanced facilities projects. Prior to joining Jacobs, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at CECO Environmental Corporation, where she oversaw all legal, governance, and compliance matters for the publicly traded company.
Chasity’s experience also includes senior roles at Kimberly-Clark, Keurig Dr Pepper, and Vizient, where she focused on corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries.
A passionate advocate for leadership development and expanding opportunity in the legal profession, Chasity is the founder of The NEW Roundtable Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Black women attorneys through professional development, networking, and mentoring. She also helped launch the DAPP Direct job placement program in Dallas, which connects law firms and corporations with talented women of color law students. She is also committed to mentoring students and young professionals entering the legal profession.
Recognized for her professional excellence, leadership, and advocacy, Chasity was named Senior Counsel of the Year by the ACC Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter and Texas Lawbook in 2024 and was included on the 2023 Empower Role Model List.
Chasity earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College.
Outside of work, Chasity’s greatest joy is her family—her husband Justin and their two children, Maya and Alex. A proud soccer parent, she spends much of her time cheering them on at fields near and far as they pursue their passion for the sport.
